Aerospace: Arizona’s New Favorite Tag Team?

Cosmo Orion... Gmo Kaminari... "Those Space Boys" as many have affectionately taken to referring to them as, AEROSPACE have been winning the hearts of the Arizona Wrestling Federation FanNation, building by building- match by match.

After capturing the AWF Tag Team Championships at AWF Ascension (APR), the intergalactic duo was able to string together an impressive run of successful championship defenses. The "Summer of Aerospace" seemed to come to an end, as Marty Snow and Midas were able to capture the titles in a tag team gauntlet at Overdrive X (SEP).

Gmo Kamari was able to outlast his opponents in the 5-on-5 Elimination match (OCT), scoring falls over both Marty Snow & Midas individually, to capture a victory for the Red Team. Cosmo Orion also majorly contributed in the team's win. As a result, the two have earned themselves a championship rematch at AWF Retribution (NOV).

Lorenzo Healing After Barbed Wire Match With Salyers

Lorenzo (pictured above) has reported to AWFLIVE.COM that he is recovering well and anticipates being 100% for Retribution, SAT November 18th in Phoenix.

Lorenzo sustained multiple lacerations to his face and body, after being struck multiple times by Alex Salyers in their "barbed-wire is legal" match at The Elimination, in Gilbert, AZ.

Lo' the "Pretty Boy" claims that he's confident he'll be medically cleared by the end of October. The competitor from Scottsdale, AZ is rumored to be scheduled to compete in the AWF Showcase on 11/4 to test his recovery, in the ring.

Bobby Jaxon Incurs Fine For Contact With Referee

After reviewing video from last Saturday's Elimination event, in Gilbert, AZ- AWF Officials have announced that Bobby Jaxon will incur a fine for "intentionally making contact with an AWF referee, during a sanctioned match."

Jaxon came into contact intentionally with the referee during his match against Sincere, but was not disqualified, per referee's discretion. Jaxon went on to win his match.

Sources close to Jaxon confirm he intends to appeal his fine. No amount was disclosed, but officials have confirmed that no suspension has been issued.
